Usually on Thursdays Mommy takes me to school in the morning, but today she took me to the mall where I got to play with Ben in the play area. After a little while, Henry and his mommy showed up. Then we went and stood in this line (except I kept escaping and running down the mall; Mommy kept having to chase me!). After a little while, all the mommies tried to give us away to this strange man in a red suit and a long, white beard! He looked like the same guy I saw on a fire engine in front of Grandmommy’s house a few days ago.
So anyway, Mommy tried to put me on his lap, but I was so upset that she was going to leave me with him that I cried and cried! Henry and Ben cried to. So whatever Mommy was going to do (I heard talk of a photo) didn’t happen!
Instead, Ben’s mommy bribed us all with Teddy Grahams and my mommy took this picture.
Seriously. We showed Sammy an episode of Thomas a few weeks ago, and he was instantly addicted. He started bouncing to the “Thomas and Friends” theme song and gets excited whenever Daddy turns on the On-Demand menu of the cable box. When I took Sammy to a toy store the other day and went past the “Thomas” display and he reached out for all the tank engine toys. At Grandma’s house over Thanksgiving, Sammy got to watch a bit too much TV for my taste, so now we’re on a “Thomas” moratorium.
Beth kept promising to send me this link, but I actually got it off Brenda’s LiveJournal page.

Henry’s mommy and daddy and granddaddy spent Thanksgiving in Atlantic City, very close to where my grandmommy lives. Today, they stopped by my grandmommy’s house and I got to play in the front yard with Henry. It was a really nice day, and we had fun pushing my wagon around. I like to sit inside and have people (especially my Uncle Boo) pull me around.
Today was a great day. Unkie Boo arrived from Florida and we had a great big yummy dinner. There was turkey, sweet potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and my favorite: peas!

Today Mommy took me to the Museum of Natural History in Washington with Ben and his mommy. Another mommy from our Mother’s First met us there and we had lots of fun in the mammal room. There were TVs on the floor which was really silly! I really liked the panel where you could hear sounds bush babies made if you pressed the buttons. I didn’t really care about the sounds — I just liked pushing the buttons!
Mommy had me in my teddy bear baby harness so that I could walk around and not be stuck in my stroller. Ben was in his puppy dog baby harness and we both looked really cute. See!
Mommy and Daddy took me to the park today. There were lots of fun things to play on and lots of other little kids there to play with. I had a lot of fun on the toy car and in the play house. Mommy even helped me go down the slide!
