We're afraid, very afraid, to open our door.

This is the view of our deck from our kitchen as of 10:52 tonight. I saw the first flakes of snow around 9:30 last night, making this the total accumulation over twenty-four hours.

We got our first accumulation of snow in the Washington area yesterday, making it Sasha’s first real snow day. Here are some shots of her and Sammy enjoying the snow.
